The School
Sigma Theta Tau is an international honor society aimed at improving health worldwide by enhancing nursing's scientific base of practice. Through its core principles of scholarship and leadership, Sigma Theta Tau develops and disseminates knowledge to broaden nursing practice.
Beta Eta Chapter–at–Large serves the Madison community and consists of students and professionals from the University of Wisconsin and Edgewood College. Currently, Beta-Eta boasts over 1600 active members.
Sigma Theta Tau International has more than a quarter of a million members with chapters in all 50 states and many foreign countries.
